I was traveling through Muskogee when I ended up with a flat tire on my 2026 Hyundai Palisade. Unfortunately, the dealership didn’t have my specific tire in stock. While I do think dealerships should ideally have tires available for the vehicles they sell, that ended up being a very small part of the experience. What really stood out was how the service team handled the situation. The service manager, Doug, and an associate named Ethan immediately started getting creative and calling around to find a solution. The 21-inch tire on the Palisade isn’t especially common, particularly the specific Pirelli I needed, so finding one locally wasn’t easy. Doug eventually located the correct tire near Tulsa and personally drove there to pick it up. They had it installed and had me back on the road first thing the next morning. It was an extremely unfortunate situation to deal with while traveling, but Doug and Ethan genuinely took the sting out of it by going far beyond what I would have expected from a dealership service department. You really can’t ask for better service than that. Their willingness to solve the problem instead of simply telling me they couldn’t help made a lasting impression. What is going on with James Hodge Hyundai?! You CANNOT get a single person on the phone, much less the service department. Weeks of trying & weeks on nothing. A lovely lady named Jodi answers the phone, but she’s with Hodge Ford so she can only do so much. Stacy with Hodge Toyota tries to help, but again can’t do much. Does anyone even still work for Hodge Hyundai?!! I had to go to Tulsa Hyundai; they’re happy to take my money.

Apparently, the Toyota dealership on Shawnee Bypass is handling their service appointments (such as complimentary oil changes that an owner might get from buying their car there). When I arrived at the sevice department at the Toyota dealership, I was assured that I was in the right place and they took care of my issue fairly quickly. I think the Hyundai dealership should have proactively told me where service department is when I signed up for the appointment.

I've spent a lot of money at this Toyota dealership over the years and have always tried to use them for all of my vehicle needs. I have no complaints about the sales department, and the service advisors have always treated me well. Unfortunately, this experience with the cashier, Stacey, completely changed my opinion. I had both of my vehicles in for service. I picked up the first vehicle one day and paid a little over $200 with my debit card without any issues. The following day, I returned to pick up my second vehicle, and that bill was around $600. When I ran my debit card, my bank flagged the transaction as possible fraud and declined it. Within seconds, my banking app asked if the charge was legitimate. I confirmed that it was, and my card was immediately cleared for use. Instead of simply allowing me to run the card again, Stacey immediately treated me like I had done something wrong. She refused to accept the payment and told me I needed to come back with a different card and my ID, or even bring someone else with their own card and ID. I've never been treated that way by any business, especially one where I've spent thousands of dollars. I had to drive all the way home and back, wasting about 40 minutes. When I returned, Stacey had already left for the day. The service department couldn't find my keys or paperwork because they had been moved from where everyone else's was kept. After searching, they discovered Stacey had set them aside separately. It left me wondering why my paperwork and keys were singled out in the first place. The entire experience was embarrassing, frustrating, and unnecessary. A simple fraud alert from my bank was resolved in seconds, yet I was treated like a criminal instead of a loyal customer. I was planning to spend another $4,000 on repairs for my two vehicles, but after this experience, I'm seriously reconsidering whether I'll continue doing business here, even for the complimentary oil changes. I hope management addresses how customers are treated because one bad interaction can undo years of customer loyalty.

They will try to sell you something you didn't want while wasting your time. Be direct with them and don't wait more than 8-10 min to see a vehicle or leave. I believe the trucks are good but not the employees being straight forward on what they have that you request. Out of all dealer ships in a 5 mile radius this one just didn't get it, on what you want or nothing. Ford vehicles are great when you get exactly what you prefer. Got a Ford truck at a whole different dealership later.

If the oil changes weren’t free on our suv I wouldn’t let this place touch it. They won’t call you when your vehicles done and won’t even do the work that you schedule to be done. If your getting your vehicle serviced here make sure your bring your brightest crayons so you can draw these techs a picture that they can comprehend.

Unethical cost for charging... never heard of anyone charging this much. Would never purchase a vehicle from a place that would take advantage of a situation like this (being the only 3 level charging around). It says alot about them as a dealership and the way they operate.

Ethan was extraordinary! I've been waiting for a part to arrive since March. He found out it was never ordered and took care of it immediately. I'm glad to hear new management was hired and is making things more efficient for customers.

This dealership offers DC fast charging for EV's. They charge $3.00 per KWh. i drive my EV (Rivian) cross country routinely and usually pay around .40 cents per KWh. I've never seen any charging station in the lower 48 more than .65 cents. So, basically, this Chevy dealership is gouging EV drivers big time ! It's actually shameful. This is America and they can charge whatever they want. But, I can also buy a Chevy whereever I want (or not). I would never do business with this dealership, and I recommend nobody else does either.

I walked in today 6/20/2026 found a nice salesman, I told him upfront, my intention of not purchasing a vehicle due to sticker prices in Oklahoma being way over blue book, and even higher than competitive markets in metro cities, he understood, I told him I simply wanted to test drive a Nissan Versa they had to see if I like it, after we were done, I followed the salesman back inside the building to grab a card just in case I had bad luck in Dallas and needed to come back here to purchase, dealerships put sticker prices on cars all the time but by the time the add-ons add up its gonna increase exponentially. I explained I was gonna pay cash for a car, in Dallas. Next thing I know I manager came over and asked why I wasted the time of one of his salesman when he missed 2 calls, very spiteful, hateful. I will never do business with Hodge now, I had referred like 6 or 7 people in the market for cars, now I retract that referral. Not a good dealership. How do I know if I like THAT car if I cant test drive it, they didnt even attempt to try and adjust their prices to help themselves, not a thing just complaint and griping...do not go to this dealership if you dont intend to buy right away or at all due to their hateful behavior and attitude.

The negotiations, sale, financing, and delivery all went well until we contacted them to find out what the holdup is on getting the title. The temporary tags will expire in a few days, and the title is needed to properly register the vehicle. Six (6) weeks after the purchase and delivery, we were told the dealership DOES NOT HAVE TITLE. According to them, there is still a lien on title associated with the previous owner. On 5/26, I contacted the dealership in writing - why wasn't this disclosed and what are you doing to fix? As of 6/1, I've received no response. I contacted Toyota Brand Engagement Center on 5/30 and have not yet received a response.

However, when you want to charge more than 10 times for electricity that they don't even pay for, that tells you a lot about the ethics behind this business. So if you wish to purchase a car here, don't. What are they hiding from you? What are the concealing or over charging you for? Are you even getting a good deal? And this review is left as I sit here waiting 20 years for the most expensive charge I've ever had on an EV in my entire EV ownership history, which is 13 years.

Service department has really gone downhill over the last couple of years. There’s always an excuse as to why something can’t get done or why they’re shorthanded. Trying to get a simple oil change turned into constant runaround and poor communication. Customer service used to mean something here, but now it feels like excuses come before solutions. Hopefully management starts focusing on hiring friendlier staff and improving the overall customer experience.

The customer service at this location is horrible. My first experience with James Hodge was not good. Isde an appointment and when I pulled into the service department, the service workers just sat there. No greeting, no nothing. I got out of my car and no one greeted me. I walked into the service department. There was a guy on the phone (he wasn't talking to anyone) no acknowledgment. I left my car there for two weeks. When I returned to pick it up, same experience. The customer service at this location is horrible. My first experience with James Hodge was not good. Isde an appointment and when I pulled into the service department, the service workers just sat there. No greeting, no nothing. I got out of my car and no one greeted me. I walked into the service department. There was a guy on the phone (he wasn't talking to anyone) no acknowledgment. I left my car there for two weeks. When I returned to pick it up, same experience. I walked into the service department, no greeting. The same guy was on the phone..sitting there. The other service manager was talking with someone so he was busy. After about five minutes of me standing there, the guy not talking to someone looked up and said "someone will be with you". After another few minutes of me standing there, the same guy who was talking to no one, asked how he could help me. I told him I was there to pick my car up. Then he sent me around the corner to the pay area. Then I got sent to the collision center, where the guys were really great and personable. The work appears to be be solid. However the service was trash

This services has been a nightmare. After paying almost 2000.00 for work do be done my car is still not fixed and I don't even get a call back or help when I come in your talk to someone. Worst services I've ever gotten.

Can't speak to the experience of buying a car here, but charging 5x the usual standard rate of electricity at other chargers for their electric car charger is wild. Yes there aren't many options nearby... But if they're willing to price gouge travelers in the area, I would question the ethics of their company in general. We charged a small Chevrolet Bolt here and it cost $125 vs $25 for the same percentage charge most other places.

I fixed my brakepads with them just few months ago, recently noticed they making noise and had to really push hard for the brake. I went to one of the autoshop nearby and they said I had to change my brake pads again. I am surprised and told them i just changed them just few months prior, then he showed my pads that were worn. I am so pissed off to see this. I used to believe James Hondge Toyota blindly and this is what they did. Would not recommend anyone going here.

I bought a f150 wholesale through them on January 13th still haven’t received the title because they’re supposedly waiting on a lien release. Manager says they have it but gives me the title clerks email. She emailed me back in 10 minutes contradicting everything this manager told me. I’ve called, emailed, and the auction has even reached out to them and still no updates. The manager and title clerks won’t respond to anything so I called the bank they were waiting on a lien release from and they said they mail the lien release within 10 days of pay off. So tell me how it’s been almost 60 days(58 days) and still no lien release. On top of it ZERO communication just getting the run around and fake answers that aren’t true

Worse place to have your car serviced. This is the third time I’ve been to their store and they didn’t have the parts needed for the job. Most recent visit was to have tire replaced (paid additional money for the tire and wheel warranty). This was after being told they didn’t have my tire in stock during first visit. Reschedule which was a nightmare, due to construction activities, no one would answered my phone calls. I finally got a hold of someone after trying multiple numbers and departments and scheduled my appointment. Day of appointment, they didn’t know I had a scheduled appointment and didn’t have the correct tire in stock. Really frustrating because I have to drive an hour both ways.

New car 1st service. Stated they rotated my tires and they did not. I marked ties so I would know! Took advantage of an elderly lady, widow of a disabled veteran. They should be ashamed.

When hyundai makes you come here for service you will get attitude every time

I am a Nebraska resident. I purchased a $50,000 BMW X5 in mid-October, and over 70 days later I still do not have the title. My temporary plate has long expired, leaving my family without a legal way to drive the vehicle. My wife cannot take our kids to school or handle daily responsibilities while I am at work. I have contacted this dealership many times, including management and the title department (Sharon Oliver). Every time I am told “the title will be ready soon”, but nothing ever happens. I have been given false promises over and over again. I also requested a new temporary plate at least 10 times. I was told it would be overnighted from Oklahoma to Nebraska, yet weeks later nothing has arrived. This is the worst customer service experience I have had in nearly 40 years. No communication, no accountability, and no resolution. Do not trust a single word or promise unless you physically see the title in hand, no matter what they tell you. I do not recommend this dealership. At this point, this review is my last hope that the owner or general manager will step in and fix what is clearly a serious internal problem.

My god where do I start , let’s start with the many months of them having my suv and here it’s December this started in February, I’ve had this issue 8 or 9 times and the last 3 times it’s said the same thing and now it’s other things related to the same issue, but this time it costing me another $840. For issues that they should be checking before giving it back to the customer. This and last month has come to $1680.00 for an issue that they didn’t check like first time and every time after that . They are incapable of going trough and checking to make sure that there’s no more issue that could arrive after being Multiple issues of the same problem. And as far as it being unwarranted in parts what a joke because that’s still costing me money so why even tell your customers that it’s covered. Unhappy customer and will complete this transaction and sell my suv because I’ll never go back to ford. P. S. They will not return phone calls especially when you tell them your fling a complaint. They had a chance to take my call they chose not to. So there lost.

How the heck does a dealership service shop miss a blown valve cover gasket? Not once but 2 different visits within a month. Check engine light was why it was brought in. Fiest time replaced a sensor. Second time, 3 weeks later was told couldn't find anything wrong must be old coding causing the light.

I was on the fence about purchasing an extended warranty on a used sonata. I was assured by the dealership that I had 90 days to change my mind if I wanted to cancel the warranty. After a week of debating I decided to go ahead and cancel the warranty for a refund filled out the paperwork the dealer requested and sent it to them. Four months later the money has still never been credited back to the lender despite several attempts contacting the dealership and them assuring me that it was taken care of

What kind of dealer forces their carriers to unload on the highway shoulder? No common sense.

And then proceed to try and lie about how they have to order something when it doesn’t need it. So now having to wait until Monday to even get my car and they are refusing a loaner car when it’s their people who are too lazy to get anything done and then try and lie about it to buy time. We’ve bought 2 cars here and will not buy another or recommend anyone. Go to Jim Norton or Fowler little longer drive but WAYYYY better service then this excuse of a dealer

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I bout a car at the end of June but at the end of July was told there was errors and I needed to resign and that I would get new temporary tags since the sale date changed, which I never did. I then never receive any documents on my trade in so I can cancel my extended arranty on my trade in. The first time I called about paper work they mentioned they were waiting on a power of attorney. I call asking about my title they say they will over night it , yet here we are a week later no title . I call again and I am told the previous owner still has it and they will look into it. So going on three months of dealing with them and getting no where! Not worth the hassle.

I wonder how you handle your customers 23 minutes hold just to transfer a call. WOW what a waste of time with you guys.

Stay clear. My employee took her Toyota Camry to this location and had it checked out due to some concerns with shifting. They "confirmed" it needed a new transmission. We agree and they forced her to pay half up front. Weeks without any updates until we call and they tell us it is on backorder. We grew tired of getting the run around and demanded a refund so we could take it elsewhere. Multiple phone calls without getting any return calls until I finally get someone on the line to agree to the refund. Then they start hassling my employee about storage fees for us keeping the car there for so long. It was there long enough that we had to pay to replace the battery, but who is at fault? We finally get the car back and take it to another Toyota dealer in KC and they found no reason to replace the transmission, but offered to drive it for a couple of weeks to see if they can replicate the issue. Stay away from James Hodge Toyota could be scamming people by offering repairs that are not needed or maybe they are just inept.

Bought a New 2023 Elantra N for our daughter. Tommy Rogers was our sales associate. Best car buying sales person experience I’ve ever had. The car was a total surprise to our daughter and Tommy delivered it personally to the school for an experience she’ll never forget! Thanks Tommy!!!
