I was traveling through Muskogee when I ended up with a flat tire on my 2026 Hyundai Palisade. Unfortunately, the dealership didn’t have my specific tire in stock. While I do think dealerships should ideally have tires available for the vehicles they sell, that ended up being a very small part of the experience.
What really stood out was how the service team handled the situation.

Despite technical issues with the internet at the Broken Bow location, the service center was able to take care of my car in a timely manner. The staff was very courteous and explained all the work done to my understanding.
I had 4 stars but its dropping. Service department starting to rely on AI a little too much. No hate on the employees here... whoever is making this switch needs to reevaluate. The AI is good but I can solve issues in a fraction of the time with a person. Real people > AI

My car was towed to the dealership due to dashboard warnings as well as my steering wheel locking up. Although the repairs took longer than I expected, my car runs well and the cost was lower than I was told initially.
