Despite technical issues with the internet at the Broken Bow location, the service center was able to take care of my car in a timely manner. The staff was very courteous and explained all the work done to my understanding.

Even though I did not buy my car from Jennifer, she has gone out of her way for me in so very many ways helping me navigate all the new fangled technology & Ford stuff & even ushering me into the collision center when I backed into a tree. She has been amazing.
