The new Hyundai Tucson comes in six trim levels: the SE, Value, SEL, Sport, Limited and Ultimate. The first two trims get powered by a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine that delivers 161 horsepower and 150 pound-feet of torque. The rest of the lineup comes with a 2.4-liter 4-cylinder engine that puts out 181 horsepower and 175 pound-feet of torque. Both powertrains earn an EPA-estimated fuel efficiency rating of 28 highway mpg and 25 combined mpg, but the larger engine drops city mpg from 23 to 22.
Starting at $23,550, the 2020 Tucson also comes equipped with a large list of standard technology, which makes it a high-value SUV. Every model includes a rear-view camera, Bluetooth® connectivity, a 7-inch touchscreen display with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ capability, a six-speaker audio system, automatic headlights and a USB port. If you choose to upgrade to higher trims, you will also get a second-row USB outlet, full LED headlights, a wireless charging pad, an eight-speaker Infinity® premium audio system, SiriusXM satellite radio and the Hyundai Blue Link® Connected Car System. The range-topping Ultimate trim also adds an 8-inch color touchscreen with in-dash navigation and a surround-view monitor.
